Police arrest man after sexual assaults in Richmond and Abbotsford

Sexual Crime Squad detectives have arrested a man following three sexual assaults on separate women in Richmond and Abbotsford last weekend.

The alleged incidents took place on Howard and Church streets, Richmond, and Grosvenor Street, Abbotsford in the early hours of Sunday 14 April.

A 21-year-old Richmond man presented himself to a police station this morning in relation to the incident.

He has been arrested and is currently in custody assisting police with their enquiries.

The investigation remains ongoing.
