Police arrest pair after western suburbs break-in, South Australia

Police have arrested two men following a break-in at Ferryden Park overnight.

Just after 10.30pm, Sunday 10 July, police received reports of possible intruders at a property on Durham Terrace. On arrival, patrols found a front window open and evidence the property had been rummaged through.

Police quickly set-up cordons and located the duo at the rear of the house a short time later allegedly in possession of property stolen from the unoccupied house.

A 44-year-old of no fixed address and a 36-year-old from Woodville Gardens, were both charged with aggravated serious criminal trespass and going equipped. Neither were granted bail and they will appear in the Port Adelaide Magistrates Court later today.
