A 66 year old man from Germany has been charged with death by negligent driving following a fatal crash at Dover on Monday, 27 January 2020.
He appeared in court today and was bailed to reappear on Tuesday, 25 February.
The man was required to surrender his passport, is not to enter any air or sea terminal and must keep police advised of his location.
