Detectives from the Child Abuse Squad have charged a 45-year-old man after an incident that occurred in Wanneroo on Sunday, 29 June 2025.
Detectives will allege between 2:30pm and 3:30pm, the man was at Rotary Park on Scenic Drive in Wanneroo when he committed an indecent act in front of children playing in the park.
The matter was reported to police and he was arrested on Monday 30 June 2025.
The 45-year-old man from Kingsley has been charged with two counts of Indecent Dealings with a Child under 13 years, and he is due to appear before the Joondalup Magistrates Court today, 1 July 2025.
