Police Charge Man After Road Rage Incident - Leppington

A man has been charged following an alleged road rage incident in Sydney's south west overnight.

About 12.45am (Sunday 19 October 2025), emergency services were called to Camden Valley Way, Leppington, following reports a person has been hit by a car.

Officers attached to Camden Police Area Command attended and were told a 45-year-old man had allegedly been struck by a car.

NSW Ambulance paramedics treated the man at the scene before he was taken to Liverpool Hospital in a stable condition.

The driver – a 24-year-old man – was arrested at the scene and underwent mandatory testing, allegedly returning a positive result for cannabis.

During a subsequent search of the man's vehicle, police also allegedly located an amount of cannabis.

He was taken to Narellan Police Station where he has been charged with predatory driving and possess prohibited drug.

The man was granted conditional bail to appear at Picton Local Court on Thursday 6 November 2025.
