Police charge man after San Remo armed robbery

Detectives from the Armed Crime Squad have today charged a man following an alleged armed robbery at a post office in San Remo earlier this month.

A 28-year-old San Remo man has been charged with armed robbery and drug offences.

He has been remanded in custody to appear at Latrobe Valley Magistrates Court on 17 September.

The charges follow an alleged incident at a business premises on Marine Parade on 5 September.
