Police charge man over 'up-skirting' at Liverpool

Yesterday (Wednesday 24 July 2019), police received information from shopping centre security staff that the man believed to be involved in the incident had returned to the location.

Police arrived at the shopping centre and arrested a man from Liverpool before taking him to Liverpool Police Station.

During a search of the man's mobile phone, police allegedly discovered four further videos that were recorded between December 2018 and February 2019.

He was charged with five counts of intentionally record intimate image without consent.

The man was granted conditional bail to appear at Liverpool Local Court on Wednesday 28 August 2019.
