Police Charge Man With Additional Child Sexual Offences

On 24 April 2026, Mandurah Detectives further charged a man with five additional child sexual related offences, as part of their ongoing investigation into alleged sexual abuse.

It will be alleged the man sexually abused two male teenagers between February and December 2013. During the time of the alleged offences, the accused was employed by the Department of Communities.

A 39-year-old man from Mandurah has been charged with:

• 3 x Indecently Deals with a Child Over 13 Under 16

• 2 x Procured a Child of or Over 13 and Under 16 to do an Indecent Act

He is next due to appear before the Mandurah Magistrates Court on 8 May 2026.
