A man will face court following an investigation into an alleged intimidation offence in Sydney's southwest.
About 12.00pm on Saturday 20 December 2025, two men aged 44 and 38, were distributing religious flyers outside Revesby railway station, when they were approached by a male passerby, who allegedly verbally abused them.
The two men later reported the matter to officers from Bankstown Police Area Command, who commenced an investigation into the matter.
Following an investigation by Bankstown detectives and a public appeal, about 3.00pm today (Tuesday 23 December 2025), a 47-year-old man was arrested at Bankstown Police Station.
He was charged with two offences – stalk/intimidate intend fear/physical harm and offensive conduct.
The man was granted conditional bail to appear at Bankstown Local Court on Thursday 15 January 2026.
