A woman and two teenage girls have been charged following an investigation into a number of alleged assaults in Sydney's west.
About 6.50pm on Monday 23 March 2026, police were called to Mount Druitt bus interchange, following reports of an assault.
Officers attached to Mount Druitt Police Area Command attended and were told a girl had allegedly been assaulted by a group of females that are known to her.
All those involved in the assault had left the scene prior to police arrival.
Police commenced investigations into multiple incidents allegedly involving groups of females across several locations within the Mount Druitt Police Area Command over the past week.
Following inquiries, yesterday (Friday 27 March 2026), police arrested a 25-year-old woman at a Mount Druitt address.
She was taken to Mount Druitt Police Station where she was charged with affray in relation to an alleged assault on Tuesday 24 March 2026.
She was granted conditional bail to appear at Mount Druitt Local Court on Wednesday 29 April 2026.
Two other girls, aged 15 and 16, were charged with affray in relation to an incident on Thursday 26 March 2026 and issued Court Attendance Notices to appear at a children's court on Monday 25 May 2026.
Inquiries are continuing.
