Police concerned for man missing from Mount Kembla

Police are appealing for assistance as serious concerns are held for a man missing in the Wollongong area.

Robin Whitnall, aged 52, was last seen walking east along Cordeaux Road at Mount Kembla just before 11am today (Saturday 9 September 2023).

Police were alerted when he failed to return home and couldn't be located or contacted.

Officers from Wollongong Police District have searched the area and conducted inquiries; however, Robin hasn't been located.

Serious concerns are held for his welfare due to a medical condition that requires treatment.

Robin is described as being of Caucasian appearance, approximately 173cm tall, with brown hair. He was wearing a grey t-shirt with a motorbike motif on the front, beige cargo shorts, and a grey hat.

Anyone who sees Robin, or believes they know his whereabouts, is urged to contact police.
