Police concerned for missing man from Hornsby

Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate a man missing from Sydney's upper north shore.

Anthony Fogarty, aged 77, was last seen leaving a hospital on Palmerston Rd, Hornsby, about 8.15am (Tuesday 7 May 2019).

Police and family hold serious concerns for his welfare as he suffers from a medical condition.

Anthony is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 160cm to 165cm tall, of medium build, with grey hair, brown eyes, and wearing glasses.

He was seen wearing a hat, a dark coloured top, a shirt, long pants, and carrying a grey bag.

Anyone with information about Anthony Fogartys' whereabouts is urged to contact Hornsby Police Station on 9476 9799 or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
