Police concerned for missing mother and toddler at Fairfield

Police are appealing for public assistance following concerns for a mother and son missing from Fairfield.

Concerns for Thi Kim Roi Nguyen, aged 39, and her 17-month-old son were raised after the mother failed to keep an appointment in March 2020.

The pair was reported missing to Fairfield City Police yesterday (Thursday 30 July 2020).

Police believe the woman and toddler are known to frequent Cabramatta and Liverpool areas. She may also be travelling interstate to Western Australia.

Police hold grave concerns for the welfare of the pair, as she has not contacted family or friends.

Ms Nguyen is described as being of Asian appearance, about 165cm tall with a thin build, with short black hair.

Her son is described as being of Asian appearance, about 80cm tall with a thin build and short black hair. He has Cerebral Palsy.

Anyone who has information on Ms Nguyen and her son's whereabouts, or is able to assist police, is urged to contact Fairfield Police Station on (02) 9728 8399.
