Police concerned for missing teen at Springwood

Police are appealing for assistance to locate a teenage girl missing from Sydney's west.

Taylor Watson Mathieson, aged 17, was last seen catching an eastbound train from Springwood Railway Station about 6.30pm yesterday (Monday 19 April 2021).

Concerns are held for her welfare as she is required to take regular medication.

Officers from Blue Mountains Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries into her whereabouts.

Taylor is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 165cm tall, with a medium build, and light brown hair.

She was last seen wearing blue jeans, a blue jumper and white shoes.

She is known to frequent Sydney CBD, Randwick, Caringbah, the South Coast and the Blue Mountains.
