Mandurah Police are urgently seeking information regarding the whereabouts of 74-year-old Russell TEMPLE who was last seen leaving his Greenfields home around 5am this morning, 27 March 2019.
Mr TEMPLE is driving a white 2017 model Isuzu D-Max utility, WA registration number MH4770A.
Mr TEMPLE is described as fair skinned, with a slim build, approximately 190cms tall, grey thinning hair, a moustache and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a blue and white striped t-shirt, black jeans, enclosed shoes and uses a walking stick.
Mr TEMPLE has dementia and could be heading to the Karrakatta or Bentley areas.
Concerns are held for his welfare and anyone who sees Mr TEMPLE or his vehicle is asked to call police immediately on 131 444.
