Police continue to investigate St Leonards armed robbery

Police are continuing to seek information in relation to a vehicle of interest in the armed robbery at the St Leonards supermarket on Saturday afternoon.

Two men, in possession of firearms, entered the supermarket about 4pm and demanded the male staff member hand over cash and cigarettes.

Investigations are ongoing and police are particularly interested in speaking with anyone who saw a white Ford Courier ute with a canopy on the back and black roof racks in the area around the time of the incident.

No physical injuries were sustained during the incident.
