Midland Police are seeking information regarding the whereabouts of 53-year-old Kim Elizabeth FORDE, as they have concerns for her welfare.
Ms. FORDE was last seen just after 9am Monday, 11 November 2019 after she left her home in Kiara.
She is driving her grey/silver 2008 Toyota Aurion sedan registration 1CVK791.
Kim is described as fair skinned, 160cms tall, with a solid build, brown hair and brown eyes.
Anyone who sees Ms. FORDE or has information regarding her whereabouts is asked to call police immediately on 131 444.
