Police Hunt Tips in Roseville Hit-and-Run

Police are appealing for information after an elderly woman sustained serious injuries following a fail to stop crash in Roseville yesterday.

Just after 5.30pm (Friday 17 July 2026), emergency services responded to reports of a crash involving a pedestrian on the westbound lanes of Boundary Street, near Archbold Road, Roseville.

Officers attached to North Shore Police Area Command attended and were told an 87-year-old woman was struck by an unknown vehicle, described as a dark coloured sedan, and sustained serious injuries to her leg.

The woman was treated at the scene by NSW Ambulance Paramedics before being conveyed to Royal North Shore Hospital for a fractured right leg.

Police established a crime scene, and the Metropolitan Crash Investigation Unit commenced an investigation into the circumstances of the crash.

As inquiries continue, police are appealing for anyone with information, CCTV, and/or dashcam footage to contact North Shore Police or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
