Police are investigating after a man was found seriously injured in Auburn overnight.
About 1.30am today (Monday 5 April 2021), emergency services were called to Happ Street, Auburn, following reports a man had been seriously injured.
Officers attached to Auburn Police Area Command attended and found a 44-year-old man inside a car with wounds to his stomach.
NSW Ambulance paramedics treated the injured man at the scene, before he was taken to Westmead Hospital in a serious condition.
Officers established a crime scene and have commenced an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the incident.
