Police investigate armed robbery at Auchenflower

Detectives are investigating an armed robbery which occurred in Auchenflower on September 4.

Preliminary investigations indicate at around 5:45pm a 23-year-old man was walking along Auchenflower Terrace when he was confronted by three men.

One of the men produced a knife before demanding the man's wallet.

The 23-year-old handed over a sum of cash before the three men fled the scene on foot.

No one was physically injured as a result of the robbery.

The first man is described as aged in his early 20s, approximately 175cm tall with dark brown hair.

The second man is described as aged in his early 40s, with long hair.

The third man is described as aged in his late teens or early 20s.
