Police investigating the armed robbery of a bottle shop in Enoggera on Monday night are appealing for public assistance.
Just before 8pm, a man dressed in dark clothing walked up to an attendant and threatened them.
The offender handed a grocery bag over to the attendant, made demands and left with a quantity of cigarettes and cash.
The man fled on foot via a carpark towards Ashgrove.
The 21-year-old shopkeeper was not injured.
The man is described as around 185cm tall and has a solid build.
He was wearing a black hooded jumper, a light-coloured mask, dark gloves, pants also dark in colour with a dark hat.
