Police investigate armed robbery at service station in Wodonga

Detectives from the Wodonga Crime Investigation Unit are seeking assistance to identify a man following an armed robbery at a service station in Wodonga.

Investigators have been told a man entered the premises on McKoy Street on Saturday about 4.15am.

The man produced a firearm before stealing a sum of cash and fleeing on a motorbike.

No one was physically injured during the incident.

The man is described as between 185cm and 195cm tall and was wearing a black jacket and a silver and black bike helmet.

Investigators are yet to establish if this incident is linked to an armed robbery at a service station in Lavington, NSW which occurred a short time later.
