Glenorchy CIB is investigating an arson at pizza shop in Claremont overnight, Tasmania Police say.
On the 10/10/17 at 1am police were called to a fire at Dino’s Pizza located at the Wyndham Road shopping complex, Claremont.
On arrival the fire was well ablaze, Tasmania Fire Service attended and extinguished the blaze preventing it from spreading to adjoining businesses.
Due to the suspicious nature of the fire, TFS and Police personnel remain at the scene which will be later examined to determine the cause.
The business was unattended at the time of the fire and is extensively damaged.
Police would like to hear from any members of the public who may have heard or seen any persons or suspicious vehicles in the area at the time.
