Police are currently on scene at a fatal collision in Allendale.
Emergency services were called to reports of two vehicles colliding near the intersection of West Berry Road and Lone Hand Road about 11.30am.
The driver of one of the vehicles, who is yet to be formally identified, died at the scene.
Their passenger, who was extracted from the vehicle, was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The driver of the second vehicle, a man in his 60's, was not injured and is currently assisting police with their enquires.
Major Collision Investigation Unit detectives will investigate the circumstances surrounding the collision.
