Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding a fatal this morning.
It's understood a truck and Holden sedan collided on Tatura-Undera Road just after 11.30am.
The driver of the sedan, a woman yet to be formally identified, sadly died at the scene.
The driver of the truck, a Geelong man aged in his 50's, was not injured.
Police are investigating the exact circumstances surrounding the collision.
