Police investigate robbery at Tinderbox Boat Ramp

Police are appealing to the public for information after a couple was robbed at the Tinderbox boat ramp, Tinderbox on Saturday evening.

About 8.20pm a man and a woman were taking photographs at the boat ramp when they were approached by two men who demanded the camera the couple was using.

One of the two men are believed to have produced a knife. They were reportedly wearing hooded jumpers, and had their faces covered during the incident.

Police would like to hear from any witnesses who may have seen the two men in the area on Saturday evening. In particular, police would like to speak with anyone who had their car and boat at the Tinderbox boat ramp between 8pm and 9pm.
