Police are investigating the sexual assault of a teenage girl in Ringwood last month.
Investigators have been told two young girls had just finished watching a movie at a shopping centre on Maroondah Highway about 6.30pm on 8 February.
They were waiting to be picked up by a parent at the entrance to the carpark when three males made comments of a sexual nature toward the 13-year-old girl before one of the males touched her inappropriately.
The male is described as aged in his late teens, solid build with black hair and was wearing a white Adidas top with black stripes and dark coloured shorts.
Investigators have released an image of a male they believe may be able to assist with their enquiries.
