Police are appealing for information after the theft of a firearm from a home in the state's far west.
Between Wednesday 26 February 2020 and Monday 2 March 2020, unknown persons entered a home on Gaffney Street, Broken Hill and stole a Magnum bolt action rifle.
Officers attached to Barrier Police District attended and commenced an investigation.
As inquiries continue, any witnesses or any motorists who may have been in the area and have CCTV or dash cam vision, are urged to come forward.
