Police are investigating an incident that occurred in the Elizabeth Street mall last night.
Emergency services were called about 11.40pm after reports that a person had received a laceration to their leg.
A 15-year-old youth presented to the Royal Hobart Hospital a short time later and was assessed and treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
All parties involved are known to each other, and there is no risk to the public.
