Northern Territory Police have charged a 44-year-old man in relation to a sexual assault that occurred in Darwin City on New Year's Eve 2023.
Detectives from the Sex Crimes Unit assisted by the Territory Response Group arrested the man in Berrimah yesterday.
He was charged with sexual intercourse without consent and remanded to appear in Darwin Local Court today.
