Police make arrest - Domestic violence - Gray 27 September

Northern Territory Police have arrested a 26-year-old man in relation to a domestic violence incident that occurred in Gray last night.

Police received information that a 30-year-old woman and her 3-year-old child had been assaulted by a family member.

Upon arrival, a 26-year-old man was arrested.

The Domestic and Family Violence Unit are investigating the matter and the man is expected to be charged later today.

Officer in Charge of the Domestic and Family Violence Unit Michael Budge said: "Police would like to speak with anyone who witnessed the incident. Please contact us on 131 444 and quote reference number 10128227."
