Mandurah Police investigating an incident in the Smart Street Mall have taken a 23-year-old man into custody.
It is alleged the man was involved in an altercation between a group of people that occurred in the mall around 2am on Saturday morning, 29 June 2019.
It is further alleged during the incident he caused damage to a window of a business located in the mall.
The 23-year-old man from Coodanup has been charged with one count each of:-
• Criminal Damage; and
• Acts or Omissions that are likely to, or do, Endanger Life, Health or Safety.
He will appear in the Mandurah Magistrates Court at a later date.
The investigation by Mandurah Police into the incident is ongoing.
