Police make arrests - Property offences in Katherine

Northern Territory Police have arrested one youth and have identified several others in relation to an incident at a school in Katherine last night.

Around 8pm, a group of offenders attended the property on Maluka Road and forced entry before commencing to damage multiple blocks in the school.

Superintendent Craig Garland said, "It is extremely disappointing that these youths have no regard for the staff and students at the school and have caused substantial damage for absolutely no reason. A 15-year-old youth has been arrested in relation to the offending and the additional three youths have been identified and are expected to be arrested today."
