A 23-year-old male constable from the Logan District has been charged in relation to alleged computer hacking and misconduct.
The officer has been charged with eight counts of misconduct in relation to public office and 28 counts of misuse of restricted computer.
The officer has been suspended from the Queensland Police Service and is expected to appear in the Beenleigh Magistrates Court on 27 January 2026.
