An off-duty police officer has been charged with assault following a domestic related incident.
A male constable, attached to South West Metro Region, was served a Future Court Attendance Notice yesterday (Tuesday 14 January 2020) for the offence of Common Assault and Stalk/intimidate with intent to cause fear harm (domestic), following an incident at an Oran Park home on 21 May 2019.
The 35-year-old will appear at Camden Local Court on Thursday 26 March 2020.
