A 42-year-old male senior constable from the Southern Region has been charged in relation to an alleged sexual assault and computer hacking.
The member has been charged with one count of sexual assault and computer hacking and misuse, and unauthorised use of confidential information.
They have been suspended from the Queensland Police Service and expected to appear in the Brisbane Magistrates Court on March 19.
