Police officer stood down in Brisbane, QLD

A 38-year-old male plain clothes senior constable from Brisbane Region has been stood down from official duty with the Queensland Police Service, Queensland Police say.

The officer is the subject of an investigation and was subsequently served with a notice to appear for Computer Hacking. The officer is due to appear in the Brisbane Magistrates Court on December 17, 2018.
