Police have commenced an investigation after two men were found with stab wounds in Sydney's south west overnight.
About 12.05am today (Sunday 12 July 2026), emergency services were called to a home on Zephyr Street, Austral, following reports of two people were assaulted.
On arrival, officers attached to Liverpool City Police Area Command confronted a large number of people were gathering at a house; however, people with injuries could not be found.
A short time later, police were called to Browns Road, Austral, before they found a vehicle where a man with stab wounds to his torso was in it.
Simultaneously, further officers were called to Fletcher Street, Middleton Grange, where a second man was found in a different car, suffering from stab wounds to his thigh.
Both men - believed to be in their 20s - were treated by NSW Ambulance paramedics before being taken to hospital in a stable condition.
Police have established multiple crime scenes and commenced an investigation into the incident.
