Police responding to fatal traffic crash at Mossman 11 February

The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating after a fatal single vehicle rollover on the Captain Cook Highway in Mossman this morning, February 11.

Initial investigations indicate at approximately 5.45am, a Toyota Hilux hit an embankment and rolled on the Cassowary Creek Bridge.

The single occupant, a 48-year-old Condon man, died at the scene.

The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating the circumstances of the crash.

Anyone who may have witnessed the crash or has dashcam footage is urged to contact police.
