A 41-year-old Koongal man has died following a fatal single vehicle traffic crash in Takilberan today, April 22.
Initial information indicates just before 3pm, a Holden Commodore was travelling north on Bruce Highway approximately 27 kilometres north of Gin Gin when it has crashed into a tree.
The male driver and sole occupant of the Holden Commodore died at the scene.
Forensic Crash Unit is investigating the circumstances of the crash.
