Police Responding To Fatal Traffic Crash At Ransome 8 April

The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating following a fatal traffic crash in Brisbane this morning, 8 April.

Police responded to reports of a traffic crash involving a Holden Trax station wagon, a Volkswagen Golf hatchback and a Kawasaki Vulcan motorbike on Rickertt Road in Ransome shortly after 7am

The rider of the motorbike, a 31-year-old Wellington Point man, sustained critical injuries during the collision and was treated on scene. However, he was declared deceased a short time later.

The driver of the Volkswagen, a 43-year-old Victoria Point man, sustained minor injuries.

The driver of the Holden, a 38-year-old Birkdale woman, did not sustain any physical injuries.
