Police Responding To Fatal Traffic Crash At Brisbane 23 June

The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating a fatal traffic crash in Brisbane yesterday evening, 22 June.

A motorbike was travelling along Moreton Drive shortly before 9.30pm when the rider lost control and collided with a light pole near the intersection with Airport Drive.

The rider, a 29-year-old Brendale man, sustained critical injuries and was declared deceased at the scene.

Officers are appealing to anyone who may have been in the area around the time of the crash and have relevant CCTV or dashcam footage to contact police.

Investigations are ongoing.
