Police are investigating following a fatal single-vehicle crash in Biggera Waters this morning.
Initial investigations indicate that around 4am, a car crashed into a traffic light pole at the intersection of Brisbane Road and Captain Cook Drive.
Emergency services attempted to revive the driver and sole occupant, a 30-year-old man, however, they died at the scene.
Investigators are appealing to anyone who witnessed or may have footage of the incident to contact police.
The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating.
