Police responding to fatal traffic crash at Tiaro 27 January

A man has died following a motorbike crash in Tiaro last night (January 26).

Police were made aware of a single vehicle motorbike crash along Talegalla Drive at 6.30am today (January 27).

Initial investigations indicate that the motorbike had been travelling along Talegalla Drive around 5.30pm (January 26) when it lost control and crashed.

The rider, a 66-year-old Tiaro man, sustained critical injuries and died at the scene.

The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating and appealing for any witnesses or anyone with dashcam/CCTV vision from the area to come forward.
