Police Responding To Serious Motorcycle Crash At Pialba

A man has sustained critical injuries in a single vehicle, motorcycle crash in Pialba tonight.

At 7.45pm, emergency services were called to the scene following reports a 28-year-old man lost control of the motorcycle and crashed into the fence of a high school on Old Maryborough Road.

He was transported to Hervey Bay Hospital for treatment.

The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating and is appealing for any witnesses or anyone with relevant dashcam footage or CCTV to come forward.

Investigations are ongoing.
