Police responding to serious traffic crash at Redbank Plains

Investigations are continuing into a serious traffic crash involving a truck and a car in Redbank Plains on Saturday morning.

Around 8.30am a black SUV (Renault Koleos) was travelling along Mount Juillerat Drive between Sunbird Drive and the Centenary Highway when it struck a prime mover.

The SUV driver, a 35-year-old Redbank Plains woman, was taken to the Princess Alexandra Hospital where she remains in a critical condition.

The truck driver, a 24-year-old Guanaba man, received minor injuries.

The Forensic Crash Unit are seeking information from anyone who witnessed the crash.
