Police responding to serious traffic crash at Wolffdene

Police are investigating a serious single vehicle traffic crash in Wolffdene early this morning (February 18).

Initial information indicates at about 1.40am, a car driven by an 18-year-old man, the sole occupant of the vehicle, was headed towards Beenleigh on Beaudesert Beenleigh Road when he left the road and crashed into bushland.

The 18-year-old man was transported to the Princess Alexandra Hospital in a critical condition.

Investigators are seeking any witnesses or those with relevant dashcam footage to contact police.

The Forensic Crash Unit investigation is continuing.
