A man has been seriously injured following a single vehicle crash in Gaven overnight.
Preliminary investigations indicate the man was travelling north on the Pacific Highway around 6.50pm when he lost control of his utility and crashed into an embankment.
The 49-year-old man from Shailer Park, was transported to the Gold Coast University Hospital in serious condition.
Forensic Crash investigators are appealing for any witnesses or anyone who may have dash cam vision to contact police.
