Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Craigieburn man Flavio Ciano.
The 45-year-old was last heard from by family on 16 May.
Investigators believed Flavio may be travelling in a brown Mitsubishi Triton with registration FLY WHL and may be in the Kilmore area.
Police and family hold concerns for Flavio's welfare due to a medical condition.
Police have released images of Flavio and his car in the hope someone may recognise him and provide information regarding his current whereabouts.
Anyone who sights Flavio or the Triton is urged to contact Craigieburn Police Station on 9303 4433.
