Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing Dandenong man Ricardo.
The 49-year-old was last seen at a hospital on David Street, Dandenong around 2pm on 26 April.
Police and family hold concerns for Ricardo as he has a medical condition.
Ricardo is described as being about 170cm tall with a large build, bald head with grey and brown side hair, a grey and brown beard and missing some teeth.
He was last seen wearing a black stained hoodie and black pants.
Ricardo is known to frequent the Dandenong and Croydon area.
Police have released an image of Ricardo in the hope someone recognises him and can provide information on his current whereabouts.
Anyone who sees Ricardo is urged to contact Dandenong Police Station on 9767 7444.
